Dallas Brodersen, Star Scholar at Wright College, has been accepted to Princeton University. One of only 13 transfer students accepted to Princeton for the fall of 2020, Dallas will feel right at home on campus – she spent the summer of 2019 participating in the Undergraduate Summer Research Program in Biophysics there. Specifically, she worked in a chemical engineering lab developing a new sterilization indicator for medical equipment.

Dallas appreciates the time she spent at Wright College, saying “Wright was such a good choice for me – I was able to try different things and reflect on what I really want to do with the rest of my life. I think I grew a lot.”

Dallas plans to study psychology and earn certificates in neuroscience and visual arts while deciding on the next step she will take in her journey.

“Princeton has many internship and research opportunities that will help me find the career that is the best fit for me. I definitely want to end up doing something social and collaborative,” she explained.
