With children ages 6 months through 4 years now eligible to receive a COVID-19 vaccine, the Chicago Department of Public Health (CDPH) will host several family vaccination clinics at City Colleges of Chicago.

These events will offer Pfizer and Moderna vaccines to children 6 months through 4 years old, as well as Pfizer vaccines and booster doses to all Chicagoans. Booster doses can be received at least five months following your initial series of Pfizer or Moderna, and at least two months after an initial dose of Johnson & Johnson.

All clinics will be open from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., and walk-ins will be accommodated as space allows. Click on a link below to register for an appointment.

Individuals ages 5 and up who receive their booster dose at one of the family vaccination clinic events will be eligible for a $50 gift card.

Additionally, family vaccination clinics at Arturo Velasquez Institute, in partnership with Alivio Medical Center, are open five days a week (Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, Friday, Saturdays) at various times. Click here to learn more.

Remember to wear clothing to your appointment that makes it easy to roll up your sleeve. If you have any questions about City Colleges’ COVID-19 measures and guidance, please visit prepare.ccc.edu.
